• Introduction to Yoga

    Beginner Yoga Class

This class is designed for those new to yoga or seeking a mindful return to the basics. We'll focus on foundational postures and breathing techniques, providing a clear and supportive pathway into your practice. Enjoy a quiet setting with plenty of time for hands-on guidance and answers to your questions. Bring yourself and a willingness to begin. There are many benefits of a strong foundational practice. Some of the top ones for me are:

Proper alignment reduces the risk of injuries during practice.

Building strength in foundational poses supports overall body strength

Understanding the basics builds confidence, making it easier to explore advanced poses.

A strong foundation promotes relaxation and helps manage stress effectively.

A strong foundation supports not just physical health but also mental and emotional well-being.

Establishing a solid base allows for a sustainable yoga practice that can evolve into a lifelong practice.

  • Warm Hatha Flow

Step into a cozy 74° space designed to help your body release tension and your mind find ease. In this gentle yet energizing practice, we move at a slower pace than vigorous styles like Vinyasa or Ashtanga—making it accessible for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis seeking a mindful, balanced flow.

The warmth soothes your muscles, making it easier to deepen stretches and improve flexibility without the intensity of hot yoga temperatures. Each class blends longer-held postures, mindful alignment, and breathwork to build strength, enhance body awareness, and invite relaxation.

Props and modifications are always available, ensuring every posture feels supportive and comfortable for your unique body. You’ll sweat a little more than in a traditional Hatha class, so remember to hydrate before and after. We close with a deeply restorative relaxation, leaving you refreshed, centered, and glowing from the inside out.

  • Chair Yoga

“Chair” is yoga without having to lie down or kneel; you won’t need to get up from or down to the floor. It’s a combination of standing and sitting, but don’t be fooled: It’s a real yoga class with real benefits!

Chair yoga increases flexibility, strength, and body awareness. When standing poses are included in a Chair yoga class, the chair is used to help with and improve balance. Chair yoga may also include pranayama breathing techniques and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity, and relaxation

In addition, we get strong and feel great—right from your chair! This upbeat class blends resistance training with fun, using light weights, bands, or just your own body. It's a great way to build muscle, support your bones, and boost overall fitness—all at your pace.

  • Flow & Strengthen Fusion

A dynamic yoga class that combines the fluidity of traditional yoga with the engagement of light weights. This all-level class is designed to enhance strength, improve flexibility, and elevate mind-body connection.

Whether a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll be guided through a series of sequences incorporating light weights to empower your practice. Expect to build muscle, increase endurance, and deepen your body awareness—all while moving harmoniously with your breath.

If you feel unsure about the class, give it a try. I can make any necessary modifications to accommodate your body and practice. One size doesn’t fit all.

  • Private Lessons

In a private yoga session, you have the space to focus entirely on your unique needs and goals. It’s a chance to ask questions, receive personalized feedback, and work through any confusion you might have about cues, movements, or modifications. Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after injury, or simply want more one-on-one attention, a private session offers tailored guidance to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
