TAKE THE TIME

MAKE SPACE FOR YOURSELF

We gather in community to nurture healing, inspire learning, encourage growth, and offer support. In this space, we create belonging and honor the journey of walking together.

  • Chair Yoga

Chair” is yoga without having to lie down or kneel; you won’t need to get up from or down to the floor. It’s a combination of standing and sitting, but don’t be fooled: It’s a real yoga class with real benefits!

  • Slow Flow

Learn the foundations of vinyasa, or flow-based yoga, so you can begin to experience its transformational effects.

  • Warm Stretch Hatha Flow

Hatha yoga traditionally focuses on posture and breathing techniques to channel vital energy sources

  • Private Lessons

In a private yoga session, you have more opportunities to openly discuss your needs, ask questions, figure out the next steps, clarify any confusion you may have about cues or movements, and more.

  • On demand

Beyond my core classes and private lessons, I love working with people through breathwork and meditation, exploring the many different aspects of meditation available within the yoga practice.

One practice I particularly enjoy sharing is Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative form of guided meditation that can be adapted using trauma-informed techniques to create a supportive and accessible experience for individuals working through trauma.

I am also currently in the process of completing my sound healing certification. I love incorporating sound into meditation practices and look forward to continuing to explore how sound, breath, and meditation can work together to support relaxation, connection, and overall well-being.

  • Fusion

    Flow & Strengthen Fusion

A dynamic yoga class that combines the fluidity of traditional yoga with the engagement of light weights. This all-level class is designed to enhance strength, improve flexibility, and elevate mind-body connection.

Whether a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll be guided through a series of sequences incorporating light weights to empower your practice. Expect to build muscle, increase endurance, and deepen your body awareness—all while moving harmoniously with your breath.

If you feel unsure about the class, give it a try. I can make any necessary modifications to accommodate your body and practice. One size doesn’t fit all.

Scope of Practice

This first-ever Scope clearly defines the role of a yoga teacher, including responsibilities, limitations, and boundaries, such as advising and teaching according to credentials, experience, or abilities.

Equity in Yoga

This shared responsibility of a deeper understanding of the inequities within yoga and how they can result in exclusion helps us, collectively, build spaces and communities that unite.
